Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy (Strictly No Refund)

This policy applies to all digital products, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and downloadable content distributed by Kodecast under the product name Typeech.

Immediate Access & Finality of Sale

Due to the electronic nature of our products, which grants immediate access to software, license keys, and premium features upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and the digital content has been delivered or accessed, it serves as a full and final transfer of value.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or refund, as the service is rendered immediately.

No Refund Conditions

We do not grant refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer need the software after purchase.
  • Failure to Utilize: Non-use of the software or available credits does not warrant a refund.
  • Incompatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to check system requirements and compatibility (e.g., OS version) prior to purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with Features: We strongly encourage users to utilize any available free tiers or trial versions to ensure the product meets their specific needs before upgrading.

Exceptions: Technical Failure

The only exception to this policy is if the software fails to function due to a verified technical error on our end that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (7-14 business days). In such rare cases, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Kodecast.

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank will be considered a breach of these terms. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Typeech account, license keys, and access to all future services provided by Kodecast.
